Text roleplay for two on Chatik
A good roleplay opening offers a possibility, not a complete script. Agree on a setting and boundaries, write your own character and let the other person decide what happens on their side.
Open roleplay preferencesAsk whether they want to write
Matching respects mutual gender and age preferences, the selected category and complementary roleplay roles. Country and city are optional profile details and do not filter matches yet. Agree on a language together. Age is self-declared and a match does not establish consent to any topic.
Choose a small premise
Start with one place and one unanswered question. For example, two adult visitors arrive at a closed observatory and notice a light inside. Agree on tone and subjects to avoid before adding the first event.
Write a turn that can be answered
“My character points toward the light and asks whether you saw it too” gives the partner a choice. “You run inside and tell me your secret” takes that choice away. Introduce a detail, an action or a question; leave space for their response.
Make changing your mind easy
Agree how to pause or step outside the fiction. Nobody has to continue a genre, relationship or scene because they accepted an earlier idea. You can use an ordinary sentence to stop; no special roleplay phrase is required.
Personal images are not a story requirement
Photo sharing is optional, and you may decline it. You do not need to reveal your real identity or move to another app to write a scene. A recipient can save what you send, even if you later delete it.
End the scene on your terms
Stop ends the exchange; Next starts a new search. Report and Block are available for unwanted contact. All participants must be adults; exploitation, threats and sexual content involving minors are prohibited.
